Clarity by Design has developed a unique, state of the art method for configuring complex organizations. Like the laser beam that has revolutionized certain areas of medical surgery, Clarity by Design’s methodology revolutionizes the structuring of effective organizations. It cuts through layers of counter - productive organization complexity to the root causes of poor productivity – and does so painlessly.

Our designs facilitated these results:

• Using our custom made design, one department in a Fortune 1000 company went from almost outsourced to best in class in North America in 4 years, and saved 17 million dollars per year. The director credited our designs. Another saved 10 million dollars per year, and another saved 5 million.
